Andrea Heidi Seastrand (née Ciszek; born August 5, 1941) is a former Republican member of the United States House of Representatives. Born in Chicago, she graduated from DePaul University with a bachelor’s degree in education in 1963. After college she moved to Salinas, California, and became an elementary school teacher.
